About the Author
Ana Ligia Galvão I was born in Crato, Ceará, Brazil. I grew up in a little town called Guarapari, Espírito Santo then moved to Rio de Janeiro at 14. I moved to California, USA at 17. I won the primary Miss Brazil USA beauty pageant in 1992. I hosted for the introductory time for Planet X (www.planetx.tv) interviewing the surfer Rob Machado. I got married more than once and heartbroken more than twice. I trust people more than I ought to and I am betrayed more than it is acceptable. I fell down 1,000 times and got up 1,001. I walk my talk. I mean what I say and say what I mean. I give what I want to receive but I don’t always receive from the “given to”. I believe in cause and effect. I always pardon and I undertake not to make the same fault twice. I believe that God has a better plan for me, so I go with the flow. I am adaptable and compassionate. Absolutely LOVE each per- son that has been in my life. Yes, even the ones that did the unforgivable. I have no hard sensations in my heart. I genuinely wish them only pleasure and love. I have too much faith and trust in God to feel otherwise. All that from a distance of course. I am everlastingly thankful to everyone that was there for me when I needed. To me you are priceless. I talk very loud. I have A.D.D. . I say bad words very often. I don’t know everything, but I recognise a lot with regards to assorted things. I exercise more than one religion. I have way more than one tattoo. I love my family. I consider myself lucky to have my friends. I may find the positive side in closely anything. A must read!!! Great book!!!

The book Ana Sutra reveals a better way to face and react to different situations in life. The author, Ana Ligia Galvão, was very successful while engaging and “guiding” us through some of her own experiences of life in a beautiful and very objective way… like a one to one conversation. Just loved it! Recommend!
